Update: Day 26. Weight Loss 1.2kg.

Yesterday was a true rest day. After moving/exercising 2 hours every day for over 16 days, I took a down day to recover. The stats contrast!!! Compare that with the 16 days average!

LOL! I have been drinking too much tea recently… and so going to bed too late! I gotta change that up! The philosophy is don’t give up! I haven’t succeeded… so I don’t give up!
