9kgs in 90 days: Day #1 of 90

In September, I promised myself and the wife I’d lose 5kgs by December 1st. That was tough because my weight had bounced around from 87~88 for most of the past few months.

But in August, after an exhausting holiday, I just did NOT want to do much exercise. My weight spiked slightly to 89.5kgs which is when I realized: it’s TIME TO DO SOMETHING, other than stuff my face.

I set about reversing the weight gain and am back to 88.0kgs as of 10/2 Now I wonder: Can I lose the original 5kgs and get it to 80kgs dead before Christmas 2023? Is it possible? Let’s find out! Starting weight is 88kgs. Let’s see!!!

Diet Intake

Breakfast: Cereal bars (lo-sugar) from Weetbix, yogurt (no sugar), handful of berries with milk. Estimated calories: 400 cal.

Lunch: Box Salad 190 calores + Oat milk 150. Estimated calories: 350 cal.

5pm: Bagel, 2 bananas: 500 cal.

Dinner: skewer salad. 650 cal? who knows!

Today’s successes and failures

I didn’t manage to a bike. No youbikes were available out of 44 slots!!! but generally speaking, I burn more calories riding one these days. also, I didn’t manage to get out early enough. On the plus side I think I had a calorie deficit.
