I remember I used to be member of a ‘real’ gym where you could see lots of bodybuilders bulk up with substances like www.creatinepowder.net and push weights, or whatever, on the machines.
Once, though, I met a 60-year old woman who offered to teach me TaiChi; to this day, I couldn’t figure out why she was so strong. She wanted me to literally push her over. But I couldn’t! And she didn’t use any bodybuilding techniques. Amazing.
So, exercise and eat well.
