I like the fact that in Taiwan, a lot of people exercise in the park in the early mornings instead of spending money on expensive creams that purport to be the best msm cream!
The gentle stretching of Tai-Chi easily accommodates both young and old and allows you to stretch your muscles without putting undue strain (unlike aerobics) on your limbs’ stress points.
