We’re still struggling to get the recipe right.

This one: too much sugar, too much liquid… so we need to do the kneading by hand to get rid of the sticky batter problem, and perhaps reduce the sugar in the loaf, to prevent burning.

We’ll get it right, eventually. But there are too many variables in the ingredients, even if the process is the same.
