Desperate for WeightLoss? Drop that snack bar now!

One of the things that surprises me about people’s food choices (including my own) is that people often make poor health food choices even though healthier choices are available, make better sense, and are affordable.

Yesterday I went to MacDonald’s and order a set meal with a double fish burger. It didn’t taste that good at all, but at least I tried to have the hot black tea (no sugar). I should have just ordered the burger and dropped the fries, but given the choice… I didn’t.

I don’t know that pills like Fenphedra will make any difference. They might be a shortcut but if your bent is still towards an unhealthy lifestyle, any benefits they may provide will be outdone by the risks of your unhealthy lifestyle AND the risks of taking pills for weight loss. Why? Because you take the risk of medication, yet you do not enjoy the benefits.

Now that really makes sense, doesn’t it?
