I used to be a member of a gym, something I really enjoyed though it wasn’t easy to keep attending at times. I loved the exercise equipment, especially the different kinds of machines: exercise bike, elliptical trainer, walking machine, rowing machine… I found that they really benefitted me in both body and spirit. I DID not like using the weights machines at all. In fact, I stopped using them. But with careful dieting in 2000 and 2001, I was able to drop over 10 kilos at one point. So it can be done.

Now I just need to motivate myself to do it again…. Let’s see
