Saturday night I went to bed after drinking too much black tea. BP shot up too nearly 165/94/120. Fortunately, it stabilized quickly and within 20 minutes went to 130/79/89. I was a bit alarmed but aware of the possibility that I’d have to go to ER.
I think my system has been stressed because of the virus I’ve had since December. On Saturday, after getting XBB shot, I started feeling quite poorly again. Like a rerun of the previous virus. Chills, bad throat, coughing… it felt like Adenovirus again.
