here’s a picture of the last typhoon just before it hits Taiwan. we’re having a few more than in past years, but nothing on the scale of New Orleans’s disaster. This one is expected to last two days, though I don’t know how strong it will be in fact. It seems to be dropping a lot of water on us, but the winds aren’t as strong as previous typhoons.
