A couple of nights it was quite noisy, with lots of fire trucks rushing up the #2 Provincial Highway. We can hear them as they go from Guandu at one end or even the Guandu Bridge all the way to the other end at Hungshulin. So it seemed to be quite serious. No way to know until this popped up on the Cable TV company FB pages.
