Many years ago, I wrote my important post on finding ways to make alternative income apart from your salary. I set myself an ambitious target to generate 10 separate streams of income.
In recent months, I seem to have gone backwards on all of them bar one: renting our home out. But we’ve found out that a local website really has a lot of houses for rent by owner, so it’s easy to find out that there is a decent market in our area for rentals.
Will be working on this angle but we’ve still a list of things to renovate before we can rent out, including repainting the house!
