I just get clobbered by the 30% withholding tax. Seems unfair, but I can’t figure out how to legally avoid this tax.
I’m looking at some ways to restructure the ownership via Hong Kong or some other legal offshore that has favorable tax rates, but for the amount of money, it’s just not worth the extra hassle at the moment.
