You’ll need an account with Hinet in some form and some help if you can’t read Chinese! I find CNBC gives slightly choppy sound quality, but other channels seem fine, but it’s a good way to see the business news without relying on the crappy cable system here.
If you have an account with Hinet, the Basic Package is free. Then you can try the $200 account for a week I think, or you can purchase an individual station account. It’s an interesting solution.
