Weight Loss Report #3: Update for 2nd Week of December

Since my last diet update, I’ve not been very assiduous in my diet at all! Sorry, readers! I know you’ve all been expecting me to lose vast amounts of weight without any taking diet pills. I’m not about to admit defeat. But gradually, getting on with the basic program.

Remember dieting is a program of life-changing behavior not an instant pill swallowing event. So I struggle daily with this. And it doesn’t help that 7-Eleven is now stocked with wonderful chocolate from around the world.

The program: stage 1.

1. Drink more water: drink 1 liter of water a day.

Not making any headway there.

2. Cut out the soft drinks and snack food.

I stopped drinking soda, but the chocolate is hard to give up, esp. the RitterSport bars.

3. Don’t eat carbs at or after dinner.

Still eating carbs for dinner, and occasionally after dinner, too.

4. Eat dinner before 10pm.

Managed that the past few days, and I do feel better for it.

5. Walk everyday (no matter how far).

The weather is quite variable, so walking isn’t always possible not counting my own innate laziness.

So that’s it for now. My Health/Weight Report. Still some way to go.
