T I came across this amazing pot on CNBC’s program, Channel Japan. It’s called a Vermicular and cooks entirely WITHOUT water. Yes, there is still a soup or sauce that comes out from the vegetables. But because it is precision ground, the fit between pot and lid prevents moisture escaping. Apparently, soups taste much richer, too.
