Except it’s not true as in 99.99% of people don’t, but even if 0.01% do, it’s still not a thing, unless sleeping in the park on a holiday is a thing or chewing betel nuts in the park. Or selling sausages, now that is a thing. But there aren’t a lot of people doing it and I wouldn’t conflate that with a particular holiday.
