Ready to quit smoking?

Whether you smoke cigarettes or tatuaje cigars, one thing is sure: you need to stop. Yet quitting smoking is one of the harder addictions to give up.

What would persuade you to quit? Thousands of dollars? Extra years of life? Better physical condition? Lower risk of cancers? Why do none of these reasons appeal to smokers who keep puffing away regardless?

Mostly because the consequences are so far removed from what you are doing now. The money you spend on cigars you will NEVER see in total; the extra years of life will come towards the end of your life, not now; the better physical condition won’t be immediately apparent…

It’s simple: if you don’t think these consequences are REAL, you won’t be moved to action. Will you? So if you want to quit smoking, you need to see how these consequences are REAL today. Perhaps that will help.
