Some plugins borked on wp3.1: Suggest you hold off on the update to 3.1. There are some compatibility issues with the DB Reloaded Plugin. DB Cache Reloaded Error: wpdb class is redefined, plugin cannot work! Previous definition is at /home/blahblah/domain.com/wp-includes/wp-db.php:52. I tried it on my school site first (mistake!). Hold off, people!
