Victoria Sponge Cake: Looks Tempting
Just made a lovely cake. First time I baked a cake in 30 years, I think! Simple Victoria Sponge cake… Recipe courtesy of Mary Berry, too. Suggestions for next time: slightly more baking soda, lower baking temperature, use smaller granule sugar, use less (or different) vanilla essence, and try not to take out the cake…
