Walking a lot is a really good form of exercise: it’s gentle on the knees, stimulates your breathing and heartrate, and can even be entertaining or enjoyable! But, woe is you if you put on some pretty uncomfortable shoes! Your feet will punish you as you hobble the last few kilometers back to your house!

I would like to try the Naot shoes if I can find them here in Taiwan because they should be a little more forgiving of your feet, with a soul that is like a negative of your footprint. The only problem I can see is Taiwan’s very humid climate restricts the styles for long distance walking.
