A program for sustained personal development: this is what I came up with before my shape diet!

1. better sleeping hours

I’ve been getting too much sleep lately… I really need to cut down there…

2. going to bed /getting up earlier
3. better diet: more veggies, more fiber, more natural foods
4. exercise
5. less caffeine
6. vitamin pilla
7. more water
