I recently came across another type of workout that looked interesting. Having been a workout fan, a former member of a health club, and thin, I tend to avoid these kinds of quirky workout routines by dismissing them as the latest fad. Take a look at this!
It’s an exercise routine that uses a Kettlebell to spice things up. The ones in this video are quite small compared to the ones that body builders use, perhaps because the routine is faster and the participants are body builders per se. Looks fun!
