Apologies: Been sick the last few days.
I’ve not been doing much posting on my blogs for the last few days. Been sick again with a wretched cold. This is the third this year, methinks the flu vaccine has been less effective this year.

Our community has a crosstrainer!
I was surprised! I think we must have had it installed for several years. I just thought it was for light exercise, so I walked past it every day for all that time! Today I tried the crosstrainer. It’s set a little light, but I managed to burn 45 calories on it in 7 minutes….
