Turned out really nice. I was skeptical at first and I didn’t use the freshest yogurt. But it turned out nicely. Picture coming. Really set well. I found it’s best to let it sit in the fridge afterwards. This is 3rd generation yogurt.
What do you reckon on this HTST milk for yogurt? Will it be okay?

The options here are mostly soy-based. Cheese is an imported rarity, though enough of the fake cheese is sold, you’d think no one was intolerant. Real cheese, as we know it… yeah, not so much.
