A blanket ban on smoking in public takes effect today. Finally, and if anyone doubts me on how welcome this is, then you’ve never suffered an asthma attack that affected you for 2 days, it’s about high time. I have no understanding how a smoker can believe his exhaled smoke has NO effect on anyone….
