Cactus Ice Cream, originally uploaded by obblogatory. This was pretty good. You can see the cactus fruit on the plate, and it’s turned into a kind of jelly or jam then frozen and added to a yam base. Really nice, and very refreshing. You can also eat the fruit fresh, but don’t eat the seeds.
