Because you know… you need to lose a few kgs! It’s not that hard! If you don’t quit shoving food in your pie hole, you’ll add a few kgs. If you do quit, you’ll lose a few!

My scales must be broken. So apparently that bike ride had something to do with it. Later weighings corroborated the number. It’s about 84~84.1kgs. So yes, it’s borked.

Turns out there were two errors in my spreadsheet. The errors produced a positive weight gain which didn’t make sense given the external numbers. So I’ve updated the spreadsheet.
