This image was one of my favorites, it’s taken overlooking Taipei City on a day when you can easily see the mountains in the South, lots of clouds, and you can make out the buildings! The image isn’t crystal clear, but I didn’t have a good lens! I really should learn to take good pictures!….

So apparently, and not uncommonly, I shot this image at ISO1600 in broad daylight, albeit there was some cloud cover and I was in the botanical gardens. But 1/400 at ISO1600? Who shoots like that? I’m sure if I’d set it 1/200 and ISO400, I’d have got something quite useable and noticeably less grainy! Or…
