PlusLocation was fine, and staff were courteous. We didn’t try the restaurant in the hotel except for breakfast. Room was comfortable enough. The location of the hotel was fine, too. Right in the middle of Strathpeffer. MinusWell, Sunday breakfast was a disaster. Staff on duty in the restaurant really did not know what to do….
Stayed there for a couple of nights and found that it was a strange mixture of a hotel: great design, very responsive & hard working staff who really try to take care of you. That alone would make this a great hotel, but the downsides to this hotel were significant to me & my mother….
