Day 0: Giving up Carbs

I’m giving up non-breakfast carbs as much as I can reasonably for 90 days. This means: I’ll probably ease into this, but it’s going to be hard. I will replace some carbs with fruit, others with liquids or smoothies, others with more vegetables. I may even resort to peanut butter to avoid hunger. This isn’t…
