Vegan Cheese Platter
I don’t think I’ve ever had Vegan cheese before. It was made with nut milk. Tasty and softer than a typical cheddar. Pleasant. The dried orange and apple added an interesting note. I wonder how to make it without a dehydrator. Hand models: Patrice Delmotte and Jan Farn Chi.
Fooled by an AD before AI came along!
The last time I bought a BK burger it was the size of a cookie when it came. I was massively disappointed because the picture was HUGE. The burger was MICROSCOPIC by comparison!!! Fooled by an AD, and that was before AI came along. CAPS for EMPHASIS! LOL!

Taiwan’s expedited mail delivery service
I’ve been using Taiwan’s expedited mail delivery service to the UK. Costs about 4x the standard price but things get to the UK pretty quickly. I wish I had known about it before.
Getting Documents for use abroad
We’re located in Taiwan. Boy! Is it expensive to get two documents approved for government use here? That’s NT$5000 a piece! I did it before using DHL to ship the documents back.
