This is a wonderful Taiwanese Ice-cream that is decidedly delicious and cool on a VERY hot summer afternoon or evening.
If you go to Shihlin Night Market, you’ll find this version of creamed ice with five or six flavors, including Peanut, Strawberry, and a range of flavors suitable for Taiwanese tastes.
There are different kinds of ‘ice’ including shaved ice, ice fruit ‘sorbet’, and bubble ice with different toppings. I’ve had them for years, and I can honestly say, they are great!
