#2 run this week, in frreeezzing cold
Well, I managed to do another 2K run, with a time close to 10m/k. It’s not encouraging when the app calls it a fast walk!!! Oh, well, I dgaf. I’m gonna keep doing 10K until I’m able to do 9:30. Then I’ll do 9:30 until I’m able to do 9:00. That’s the way it works….
