My scales are a little unreliable but I got this reading today. That means I’ve lost 20kgs since I started dieting. I can’t believe it! That’s 45lbs or 3 stone+ 3lbs for those who don’t ‘do metric’. I’ve updated as the scales are showing reliably the same number. So it’s 85.7kgs.

Ability Office I might try Christine out on this program and see how she handles the tables… it might be worth trying out the software to see how it. The only problem I can see is it can’t handle Chinese, I think. I’ll try it out! Could be a good cost effective solution to MS…
