i think my watch is broken…! 81 bpm! How? I was going flat out. passed guys on speed bikes. hit 25kmh but bp only 89 top? Other times I cycle my heart rate is really similar. I don’t hit high heart rates on a bike unlike running. In fact, it’s probably similar to walking.

I’m afraid that any steak for less than $300 is likely just to be terrible! I say that, because I’m blessed by a truly amazing restaurant that is not a stone’s throw from my own place. The owners (no English but English menu!) make the finest steak that I have ever had in Taipei. Ever….

Last Sunday, we were driving around the area to the foot of Yangming Shan. We discovered a rather nice restaurant for dinner up in the mountain area. It was quite pleasant.
