AQI and UV: Problems for outdoor exercising
I mostly exercise at night. The AQI has been pretty decent recently. I also try to stay away from main roads (but on a bike that’s sometimes easier said than done). Well, I don’t use suncream … I need a little Vitamin D from those moonbeams. Christine just found me some non-oily suncream which works…
