Now if I can repeat that 3 times, I’ll be at 37mins for a 4K. LOL! I am not going to be ready for 10/19 at all. There is zero chance that I’ll be even close to ready. But at least I’m improving.

I didn’t manage to do any exercise today. I went out in the morning after sleeping too late last night and couldn’t find a Youbike to ride nearby. So I just gave up. I think my body is telling me to rest. So that’s what I’m doing. I feel a little guilty about not exercising…
But old goals: still trying to lose 5~6kgs, which bring me down to about 78~79kgs. The aim after that is to lose a little bit more but add more muscle gently on upper body and legs. I’m hoping that will be enough to power me to 21K in under 3 hours. Doable without killing myself?…
