Chickpea Galore
Wow, there are some delicious chickpeas. I don’t know what I did when I was cooking these, but they turned out so deliciously soft and sweet. They are really good. We use them a lot these days for all sorts of things, including soups, stews, salads, and even hummus, which I love by the way.
