Happy Moon Festival!

Turned out really nice. I was skeptical at first and I didn’t use the freshest yogurt. But it turned out nicely. Picture coming. Really set well. I found it’s best to let it sit in the fridge afterwards. This is 3rd generation yogurt.
I’m afraid that any steak for less than $300 is likely just to be terrible! I say that, because I’m blessed by a truly amazing restaurant that is not a stone’s throw from my own place. The owners (no English but English menu!) make the finest steak that I have ever had in Taipei. Ever….
