How is this a “Flat White”? I can only say if they meant that it would be ‘flat’… as unexceptional, I could understand. But Costa branding? Geez. It’s about as close to a ‘FW’ as I am to the moon. I don’t recommend.

Last night, after a week’s rest… I finally got out and did some exercise again. It’s not a huge amount… but it’s a start. Just a typical exercise trip. Just 4km in about 18 minutes. Not too bad on a Youbike. I then walked back home from Guandu Park which is about 3.2km. Overall workout…

I selected the English for Fun Category and was surprised to see so many options for having Fun in England while you are studying English….
