Not a single bell on their bike, not an iota of understanding about local cycling rules and conventions, no awareness of the notion that cycle tracks are often pedestrian priority (or at least the one near us is), no awareness of keeping distance from pedestrians……
The Highland Hotel: Strathpeffer
PlusLocation was fine, and staff were courteous. We didn’t try the restaurant in the hotel except for breakfast. Room was comfortable enough. The location of the hotel was fine, too. Right in the middle of Strathpeffer. MinusWell, Sunday breakfast was a disaster. Staff on duty in the restaurant really did not know what to do….
