Cycling from work… Good idea?
It’s not impractical to bike your way home after work daily. It’s not both ways… but you could uber to work and bike home. Problems over finding quieter roads and avoiding peak traffic could be mitigated by doing this. Also, you can strip off and shower at your own convenience. I’ve done short urban trips…
Today’s BP
I have been recording my blood pressure faithfully for three months now because the doctor was worried that they may be too high. Seems under control at the moment. But probably that’s due to losing weight, exercising more, and try not to worry too much OK.

Apparently, I have a deceased relative estate. Whatever that is? It’s a relative estate that is deceased. Perish the thought I’d have a relative estate that is ‘alive’. Would it then be absolute estate? Too lazy to get a real job, too lazy to even make decent English! Apparently even banks can be deceased! WTF!…
Breakfast until 2024
