Finally had some sucess with my bread. I need to use a little less sugar to stop the slight burning around the edges.
That worked this time, but who’d have thought that half a teaspoon of sugar. But it looks like I need to use even less. So I wil drop another half teaspoon.

I’m giving up non-breakfast carbs as much as I can reasonably for 90 days. This means: I’ll probably ease into this, but it’s going to be hard.
