Using an ipad to blog
I finally tried to blog from my ipad, and it’s surprisingly possible but not very convenient on such a small keyboard.

Should you freeze bread in Taiwan?
Now that is the main criticism of many vendors process… but given the humidity here… bread of any kind really suffers once exposed to local air. Sigh! A loaf at home would last a week without mold on it. Here 3~4 days, if you’re not careful. I freeze my loaves after the 2nd day.
Taiwan’s expedited mail delivery service
I’ve been using Taiwan’s expedited mail delivery service to the UK. Costs about 4x the standard price but things get to the UK pretty quickly. I wish I had known about it before.
