Tonight’s Run:1 minute sandwich runs of 1+4+4+1 = 10 minutes Stopwatch time was 14:51. So I screwed up the time by 13seconds. The good news is that is total distance of 1.4km. The actual workout was more consistent with 54% in Aerobic and 43% intensive. Heart varied between 104 and 122. Nothing crazy like Saturday….
