So during the run, I ran multiple 15s sprints with about 15~20s between each one. I managed to shave over 2 minutes off the time. If I ran like that the entire 1K, I’d probably be around 6:50. Of course, that’s just probably about 3~400m. Work to be done!
We’re just busy watching this movie tonight. I must confess to being an Abba fan since the late 70’s. Even through these unfashionable years of the early 80’s when people were embarrassed to say they owned an Abba album, I still liked them. Finally, my faith was vindicated! The cheeses included Mozarella, Gorgonzola, Feta Cheese and one other that escapes my mind. Very nice. Click on the picture to see the original review.
I had to smile at this … if you have ever done back to back flights, or long flights, or dread flying, this was a wonderful way of easing nervous or tired passengers through the tedium of those air safety instructions! Ok, some people were up in arms about these (I mean they weren’t clapping!)……
