This jogging thing is getting a little easier
This jogging thing is getting a little easier… with music and a loop timer. 3 minutes x2 + 2 minutes x2 + a little bit more. Heart rate was a bit faster than yesterday. Topped out briefly 144bpm. Probably a bit too fast. But Google Android doesn’t seem to know what a loop timer is….
