Today’s bike ride was from Sogo to HSL.
13.35KM 607 calories. 1 hr 17m. A little slower, because I stopped often. And… I didn’t eat ANY cakes at Starbucks. But at one stage, I did hit 26km/h for 1km. That’s not too bad.

My scales must be broken. So apparently that bike ride had something to do with it. Later weighings corroborated the number. It’s about 84~84.1kgs. So yes, it’s borked.
Carrefour Has Cheese! ?
Yep. I think they have lost their traditional french suppliers; only President brand remains. There was more cheese from the UK than from France. And the department store branch of Mia C’est Bon was not any better than the Carrefour store. So…
