I updated my website recently to WordPress 2.0.4 which is a nice tool to use, and getting very powerful, but not overly complex. In fact, many of the tools are slicker and simpler to use. I upgraded courtesy of my webhost, and they auto-installed nearly 50 themes for the blog, which means I can get away from the plain vanilla install of Kubrick theme.

However, I lost all my plugins. I had some great plugins for a bunch of features. When I installed, Dreamhost put the files in an .old directory. I stupidly and rashly deleted them all! All gone… I can’t remember which plugins I had either.

I’ll try to restore some of the functionality as soon as I can!
