Do you pop pills for improving your health? I didn’t use to … but a couple of years ago, I bought some multi-vitamins from Costco, and some Fish Oil Capsules as well and I take them irregularly…
But there are other supplements that can improve body functioning and help you get a good liver cleanse, improve your sense of well being, help cure different problems.
I would guess that a modest intake of supplements would help curb the deficit of certain nutrients in our diet. But an excess might create their own problems. An excess of vitamins, for example, can cause additional problems that you would not otherwise want.
